What I LOVE about frozen fruit is that it’s a great way to keep nutritional fruits on hand, even after it’s been a while since you’ve been to the grocery store, or your brood has eaten through all the fresh fruit in a matter of days. Wyman’s of Maine is DELICIOUS frozen fruit. The first thing I did was pour some of the blueberries into a bowl and just start eating them frozen. Tastes like candy. And I know with Wyman’s that I’m getting freshly frozen fruit that is packed with nutrients. I also made a smoothie for my boys with both the blueberries and raspberries, and they loved it. I loved that they thought they were getting a treat, but really it was just jam-packed with health. Wyman’s frozen fruit has a great variety of fruits to choose from.
