If you didn’t have a chance to check out my review of the VTech V. Reader last 
year you really should check it out. The VTech V Reader is a touch screen animated ebook system for kids. Bug is loving his V. Reader and since the review we have purchased the Dora Three Little Pigs, Toy Story 3, & Scooby Doo cartridges. Bug has been enjoying all of the stories, and his V. Reader has become a valued and loved toy. It is perfect for road trips and keeps him entertained for hours. He has learned so many new things from his V. Reader, mainly new words and understanding the meaning of words. It has really helped him to increase his vocabulary. 
VTech recently released four new premium Sesame Street titles available for download on the V.Reader. They can be downloaded from VTech’s Learning Lodge Navigator — a free online tool available at www.vtechkids.com/download.
We received a $20 V. Reader Download gift card from VTech and were able to download the 4 new sesame street titles.
Once you have the V. Reader you just download the VTech Learning Lodge (it’s Free) then connect your child’s V. Reader to the account. Just for creating this V. Reader account on learning lodge you get 6 coins you can use to download free stories. You can also purchase stories, like the sesame street titles (right now they are on sale for just $4.99 a story!).
Once they are downloaded, all you need to do is put an SD Memory card into your child’s V. Reader (in the back where the batteries are, there is a place to insert the SD card). Then you can load all of the stories you downloaded onto your child’s V.Reader. See my screenshot below to see what the Learning Lodge Navigator looks like when you use it. 
Then your child can click on the backpack icon on the home screen of the V.Reader and all of the downloaded titles will appear. Bug loves all of the sesame street stories as well as the other titles we received for free by signing up for an account.
VTech has partnered with the non-profit organization First Book to launch a “Buy a Book, Give a Book” campaign. VTech will donate a book for each purchase of a V.Reader interactive e-reading system, e-book or accessory.
These VTech V. Reader Download gift cards come in a case just like the story cartridges so look for them in stores where VTech products are sold!
