“It’s Easter time in Crisper County and cable news reporter Marlee Meade (Petunia Rhubarb) is hunting for a way to help others. On a tip that the old town theater will be shut down, Marlee cooks up a plan to save the stage. Despite all her schemes, will she discover the true meaning of Easter and what helping others is really about?”
VeggieTales movies are always welcome in our house. They are funny, witty, and have great story lines that not only entertain, but teach as well. Each of their movies have a message that will help your child in different ways.
‘Twas the Night Before Easter was a great movie to help my children learn about the true meaning of Easter. In our home, Easter is not about the egg hunts or the Easter Bunny (although we do have fun with all of that), and this VeggieTales movie explains that well. It is a great movie to watch as a family! We all enjoyed the fun music and the cute characters that we have come to love in all the VeggieTales movies. And like all the VeggieTales DVD’s we own, ‘Twas the Night Before Easter gets played several times a week.
Things that are BRAG WORTHY:
- Filled with fun songs
