I have picky eaters. Most definitely. If they ate nothing but chicken nuggets and hot dogs for the rest of their life, they’d be pleased. I’m constantly looking for great recipes that are healthy, easy to make, and that my boys will actually eat. That’s a tall order. As soon as I opened The Supper Club Cookbook I knew there’d be a few of those winners in here. The book is beautiful, with fantastic pictures. Susie Cover has done an awesome job putting the book of kid-friendly meals together. I have tried a handful of recipes, and my two favs were the Spinach Squares {My boys ate them, yipee!!} and the Mini-meatloaves {My boys loved getting their own little meatloaf}. Both were pretty easy to make, and not only did my boys like them, hubby and I did too. This is a must-have cookbook for any family!
