I enjoy cooking dinners for my family, I probably don’t do it as often as I should but I am a work in progress 
I love when I get new products to help me cook for my family so I was excited to try out the Technique 3 Quart 11" Lightweight Cast Iron Open Everyday Pan. Right off I love that it is sturdy and a high quality pan but it is still lightweight.
I put it to the test making chicken fajitas for dinner for the family. I have to say that this nonstick cast-iron pan did not disappoint! I love that it has a DuPont(TM) ScratchGuard(R) ultra non stick interior so it is safe to use metal utensils on it and I don’t have to worry about the food sticking either. My fajitas cooked perfectly in this pan and were delicious. Afterwards I can just put it in the dishwasher to clean since it is dishwasher safe, a huge plus for me. Another great feature is that it is oven safe up to 500 degrees, I love it!
I also love that it is red on the bottom, so fun! This pan comes in 3 colors, red, blue and black.
