We recently moved and the house we moved into is carpeted in the dining area. This is a problem when you have kids that are messy eaters. Especially a 3 year old. I didn’t know how else to protect the carpet under bugs chair but with a blanket. The only one that half way did what I needed was a bright red blanket. Not exactly something that matches my decor. Okay so it was a huge 
eye sore. But I didn’t know what else to do. Until I came across the Tarpy spill mat one day. I knew this was what I needed. When it arrived. My first impression was. Wow this is such a small size (when it is rolled up). I can easily fit it in my diaper bag without it taking up a lot of space. Then once I opened it and set it under bug’s chair I was in heaven. The chocolate brown color matched my home decor so well. I know longer have this bright red eye sore on my dining room floor. I love that the splat mat is waterproof so my carpet is protected. I also like that it is a good sized mat. Just big enough that it covers the area in danger of getting spilled on, but not too big that it is awkward. The best thing about it for me is how easy it is to wash it. I can simply wipe it clean, or if I need to I can through it in my washing machine. I honestly don’t know how I survived for all these years without a Tarpy Splat Mat!
