As I said in my first LISTERINE post, I could definitely improve in my own oral care habits. I spend so much time and energy on my kids and making sure all is well with them and neglect myself all too often.
So with the help of these awesome LISTERINE products I received, I have been taking better care of my teeth.
The are I most struggle with is flossing. I am always super tired (at the end of the night) or super busy (in the morning) and I tend to think “it’s too much work I will just skip it” all too often.
One of the products that has really helped me is the LISTERINE ULTRACLEAN ACCESS Flosser. I love this little tool because it makes flossing a snap! Not to mention that it sits right next to my toothbrush reminding me to floss. That really helps a lot. I have been flossing SO much more which is great.
It comes with several refills as well which is nice and they are very easy to switch out.
My family is also enjoying the products from LISTERINE. My husband loves the LISTERINE HEALTHY WHITE GENTLE Rinse.
My son loves his Super Hero bottle of mouth wash (LISTERINE SMART RINSE), and it totally helps to have his favorite characters on the bottle as they encourage him to use it each day.
I also really like the LISTERINE COOL MINT POCKETPAKS. They are perfect for keeping in my purse and I love that I can freshen my breath in between brushings without having to chew gum.
