I have been looking for an Indoor and Outdoor Gate Playard so that we will always have a safe place for baby to play. When I saw the Summer Infant SecureSurround Playsafe Playard I knew it was exactly what I had been wanting.
I like that it comes with 6 panels but can also be used with 4. So you can get the perfect set-up you are looking for. You can even add 2 more gate panels (you will have to order them separately). You can also use it as a big long baby gate to keep baby out of a certain area of your home or yard.
It is fairly simple to assemble. You just have to snap each panel together and then tighten the knobs between each to secure it. Once it’s assembled I love that it is nice and sturdy and provides a very spacious place for the little ones to play. I also like that you can easily open and close the door to put baby in/take her out.
I also have 2 dogs and this gate is perfect for them as well. Especially the 4 gate configuration, it make the perfect little square area for our dog to lay in.
When you aren’t using the gate I love that it folds down and has a travel strap that goes around it all to keep it closed. This is great for storing it in my garage when I ‘m not using it. As well as when we take it with us to Grandma’s house (which is perfect since most relatives don’t have their homes baby proofed).
