To make Sausage Bake, you will need:
- Pork sausages, or any other variety of sausage
- Sweet potatoes
- Carrots
- Apples
- Spinach
- Chickpeas
- Oil
To make Sausage Bake, follow these easy steps:
- Ensure that your oven is preheated to 200 degrees Celsius, or 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Chop your vegetables and apples. Apples should be chopped into thick slices, and carrots and sweet potatoes can be sliced into thick batons. Thick pieces are great for tiny toddler hands!
- Drizzle some oil on a roasting tray.
- Place your apple, carrots, and sweet potatoes on the tray.
- Chop your sausages up and place them in the roasting tray along with drained chickpeas.
- Toss all ingredients so they are all nicely oiled!
- Place the roasting tray in the oven and cook for 30 – 40 minutes, stirring after 30 minutes.
- Once your sausage bake is cooked, allow it to cool.
- Next, toss in some spinach leaves and season appropriately with a little salt and pepper.

Veggie Chicken Curry
A mild curry can be the perfect healthy dish for your toddler!
To make Veggie Chicken Curry, you will need:
- Chicken breast
- A little oil, spices, vinegar, and soy sauce
- 50g tomato paste
- Can of coconut milk
- Cup of chicken stock
- A large piece of cauliflower
- One onion
- A large piece of pumpkin
- Two carrots
- Spinach
To make Veggie Chicken Curry, follow these easy steps:
- Chop and grate onion, carrots, and pumpkin, depending on your preferences. Grating vegetables can be a great way to hide vegetables in a curry for picky toddlers!
- Prepare chicken into small chunks.
- Chop cauliflower and blend with coconut milk. This is your base.
- Soften the onion in an oiled pan and then add the spices and the tomato paste.
- Add the pumpkin and the carrot to the pan.
- Then throw in the cauliflower and coconut milk blend, as well as the chicken stock.
- Add the chicken to the curry mixture and cook thoroughly for around 10 minutes.
- Make sure that the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the vinegar, soy sauce, and spinach to the curry.
- Serve to your toddler with a small serving of rice.

To make Popcorn Chicken, follow these easy steps:
- Smother the chicken tenders with mayonnaise.
- Mash the popcorn until it is in small, crunchy pieces.
- Cover the chicken with the popcorn, allowing the mayonnaise to act like glue!
- Take a baking tray and line it with baking paper.
