As a woman, you have so many things to worry about, and the most important is your family. Despite often being the main caregiver for your children, many women are also tasked with making the decision of how to care for their parents. Should you place your parents in assisted living? This depends on many factors. If you are worried about their ability to care for themselves or they require too much care, beyond your ability to provide, it’s time to put them in an assisted living home. Maybe your parents want an independent lifestyle and resist your care, or are struggling with Dementia or Alzheimers. If this is the case, then you and your parents would both fare much better if you place them in assisted living. Once you know if and when you want to place them in assisted living, the question becomes where?

The Gables of Idaho Falls is designed to make this transition easier. We know how difficult it can be for both you and your parents to transition to assisted living. We strive to make our facilities feel like home and at the Gables of Idaho Falls, you will know your parents are being taken care of.
