The Polar Gel Pillow could not have arrived at a better time for me. It stated on the box “Regulates body temperature, leading to a deeper, more restful sleep.” Just what the doctor ordered, I had just tested positive for Strep earlier that day and had a high fever. I saw that there was a bonus Cooling Scarf in the box. It at looked just like a piece of material but it was like magic! I stuck it in the water for 3 minutes and it plumped up and was cool to the touch. I read on the box that it and the pillow could be refrigerated or froze for an even cooler feeling. So I placed them in my freezer.
When I got it out it felt so nice! I am sure I looked like Rambo as I had the bandana tied around my forehead but honestly, I did not care! It was wonderful. Then I immediately headed upstairs to try out my Polar Gel Pillow. I love that it spans the entire width of my pillow.
I also like that I could slide it inside my pillowcase, it was discrete and can be left there and nobody knows it is there. That is except me. I am absolutely loving the cooling effect it has. I truly have been sleeping better and I haven’t been sweating as I sometimes do at night.

So here is the only problem I found with this Polar Gel Pillow they sent me to review… They did not send two! Chris my husband keeps trying to switch pillows on me because he likes it so much!
