My kids were so excited when I told them we would be having a Book of Life Party to celebrate the release of The Book of Life on Blu-ray and DVD!
The theme of our party was to talk about our New Years Resolutions. So we made Tacos and yummy frozen drinks and sat around the dinner table and chatted about our future plans. And For dessert: cookies!
We had a great time talking about our resolutions and what my kids came up with for theirs was absolutely adorable!

Of course no family movie night would be complete without homemade cotton candy and popcorn!
Then it was time to watch The Book of Life as a family.
We all enjoyed it very much. It is a fun movie. I love the animation, it is really beautiful. And the music was a really pleasant surprise, very enjoyable. I highly recommend this movie to add to your family’s Blu-ray collection!
