Summer weather is long gone, and it’s time to break out the cold weather clothes. Fall is one of my favorite times of year because it’s when I get to wear my booties, jeans, jackets and scarves! Minx Austin Boutique sent me a fall outfit to review, and I love everything about it!
My favorite thing about boutique shopping (besides being able to shop without leaving the house) is that they carry pieces that are unique. Minx Boutique is no different. I was excited to choose a few of my favorite styles from this cute boutique, and now I am enjoying their Khaki Vegan Leather Jacket and their Premium Dark Distressed Jeans. It’s really is the perfect outfit for fall.
I am a huge fan of leather jackets, so adding the Khaki Vegan Leather Jacket to my wardrobe made me super excited. I love the light brown color and the chic style that it offers. The sleeves are unlike any other jacket I have, and I absolutely love it. While the jacket is fitted, the sleeves have ribbed panels on the back to provide better range of arm motion; which is crucial for a mom of 4 like me. I like to say it’s stylish yet functional. This jacket pairs well with a skirt or a dress, but it looks especially amazing 
with a pair of skinny jeans and boots. Specifically my new jeans from Minx Boutique 🙂
The Premium Dark Distressed Jeans have become my new fall/winter favorites. I’ll be honest, this is the first pair of non-cropped skinny jeans that I have owned, and I am in love. They are slightly distressed, super stretchy, and great quality. I couldn’t ask for a better pair of jeans. Now, I am pretty judgmental when it comes to skinny jeans (or jeans in general). The best pairs of jean don’t loose their shape after a few hours of wear, and equally important is that they aren’t too low rise (moms have enough to worry about than making sure their booty is fully covered). These distressed jeans fit the bill! I honestly wore these jeans on 3-4 different occasions and they never got loose. Not one bit. That is pretty amazing in my opinion. I can wear these at full length, or I can roll them into a cuff to wear with booties…either way, they look amazing and make me feel amazing. Isn’t that what we all want in a pair of jean?!
Along with the jacket and jeans, I was sent a darling necklace to make a great outfit
