This week is the week!
10 pounds my friends!
10.2 pounds to be exact. I’m so excited! I’m starting to get close to my pre-first-baby-weight! Seriously so exciting.
I’m officially down a pants size- which means an excuse for new jeans. Always a good thing. =) I’m so thankful for Nutrisystem and the ease it has brought to my life! The stress of cooking for myself is OUT and I’m left with more time and energy to focus on exercising and health. Yes, please! I noticed this week that I am drinking 8 glasses of water without even thinking about it, thanks to recording each glass in my Daily Tracker. I know that not only has a huge impact on my weight loss, but also my overall health.
