This was my struggle week.
I lost .1 pounds.
I had a much needed weekend away with friends, and slipped up a bit. {There were a couple glasses of wine involved…}
But you know what? It’s ok. And I have an awesome, perfectly planned diet to jump right back into, and with some new motivation I know this next week is going to be great and I will reach the 10 pound milestone!
Normally this is the point of a diet where I throw in the towel and give up for awhile. But with Nutrisystem, it’s almost impossible to give up because all the food is here, begging me to get right back on the weight loss train.
I love Nutrisystem because it has truly taught me the value of portion size. Portion control is easy to talk about, hard to actually do on a daily basis, unless your food is perfectly portioned out for you… and I love that I just have HUGE portions of veggies alongside my meals! =)
What I’m Loving Week 6 of Nutrisystem
- Being 9.4 pounds down
- Having a plan thats easy to stick to after a bad weekend
- Favorite meal: Breakfast Burrito
- Still enjoying all of the meals!
- Actually executing portion control
