I have been on the plan for 5 weeks, going into week 6 and am pretty happy with my results. I haven’t noticed a huge loss since I did Turbo 10, but slowly and steadily it’s coming off. I have really been enjoying their food. It is seriously so good. In fact I might just keep buying when I am on maintenance because I love the food so much!
This week wasn’t a huge loss and what I have noticed with myself is that my weight really fluctuates I could be the same one day, down a lb the next and up 2 lbs the next. I try not to rely on what the scale tells me as long as I have been following the plan which I really have.
Now I must confess, Valentines Day was hard! I got my husband and girls candy and I really wanted some. So I ate 1 mini fun size twix which was 50 calories and left it at that. It satisfied my craving and I didn’t even go over my calories for the day! I also ordered a salad with chicken for my Valentines Day Dinner and was full by the end. I really love that I can eat all the veggies that I want and I am actually getting full.
So what I noticed this week is that I didn’t loose much BUT I call it a success because I can fit into my pants! I really noticed this week that the pants I couldn’t even slip up over my thighs were fitting. I also noticed that my shirts weren’t fitting as tight around my middle. Now I have always been embarrassed about my stomach, it’s my feature that I worry about the most. Some Women or Men gain weight in their butt, face, waste, chest etc. I always gain the most weight in my stomach. I didn’t realize how much I lost until I looked at a side by side. The first week to the sixth, I noticed a significant difference, which I am so happy with!
I am really proud of how far I have come in my Nutrisystem journey. Even though it wasn’t a big loss I know that I can do this!
Ok now let’s get down to the numbers, now I said that I have been fluctuating with weight. I try to only weigh once a week but it’s really hard!
Starting Weight: 150
Week 1- down 6lbs! 144
Week 2- No Loss
Week 3 down 2 lbs 142!
Week 4: down 1 lbs! 141
Week 5: 140.5
I am happy with this result, even though I wish I could get down under that 140 mark! Oh well onto another week and I need to really bump it up!
