So… I didn’t have such a good week. Can I blame the non-existent spring? I’d like to. Although I know I only have myself to blame. I gained 1.1 pounds. =( Sad face. I’m so disappointed and angry. It was a stressful week watching a 9 month old for the week while his family was on vacation on top of my two preschoolers, along with a slew of other things that really brought me down this week. Once I cheated on the diet it seemed like the floodgates opened a bit for a little extra here and there. Sigh… But you know what? I think thats the beauty of Nutrisystem. Monday came around again, and I am now more determined than ever to keep trudging forward! I love, love, love, that I’m not tempted to just give up. I have all my meals already at home, begging me to jump right back on the bandwagon. There is such little thinking involved in this amazing diet done right. Just do it. Just eat the food. You will keep losing weight. So, cheers to a fresh start, and still being 11.8 pounds down!
