12.4 pounds off my body! Seriously feels great. It’s coming off a little slow, but I don’t mind at all. Slow is much better than not at all, or gaining weight! It’s a lifestyle change, and I know a big reason is because of the intense workouts I’m doing and muscle I’m building. I started my half marathon training this week, so that may help a bit! Using Nutrisystem while I’m starting my half-marathon training is fantastic. I can truly focus on the running, and not have to worry about what I’m eating. And I’m rarely hungry and have the energy to get in a good run!
