Friends! I did it! I successfully lost 12 pounds in 3 months on Nutrisystem. It’s not a huge number. It’s not insane results. But they’re REAL. And it was EASY. And I learned about portion control. To have a small portion of the pasta or french toast, and how really easy it is to add fresh vegetables in each meal to bulk it up and help you be satisfied while still eating delicious food. I am proud of myself, and I’m so thankful for the empowering 12 pounds I lost with the help of Nutrisystem!
