I was invited by Disney•Pixar to attend an all expenses paid trip to cover the #FindingDoryEvent in Monterey CA. All opinions are my own.
Disney•Pixar’s Finding Dory Swims into theaters THIS FRIDAY!
One of my favorite things about new movies from Disney•Pixar is seeing the cute and fun shorts that play before the movie. When I was in Monterey for the #FindingDoryEvent I was so lucky to be able to see the full version of the newest Disney•Pixar short “PIPER” which will play before Finding Dory in theaters.
“Directed by Alan Barillaro and produced by Marc Sondheimer, “Piper,” the new short from Pixar Animation Studios, tells the story of a hungry sandpiper hatchling who ventures from her nest for the first time to dig for food by the shoreline. The only problem is, the food is buried beneath the sand where scary waves roll up onto the shore. “Piper” will debut in theaters worldwide with “Finding Dory” in 2016.”-Disney•Pixar
I LOVED it! It is so cute, funny, and adorable. I am so excited for everyone to see it, especially my family and see their reactions to it. It is so well done, clever and will leave you with a smile.
Take a look at this clip from the Piper short:
Be sure to arrive on time when you go to see Finding Dory this weekend so you won’t miss this fantastic PIPER short.

“Disney•Pixar’s “Finding Dory” reunites everyone’s favorite forgetful blue tang, Dory, with her friends Nemo and Marlin on a search for answers about her past. What can she remember? Who are her parents? And where did she learn to speak Whale? Directed by Andrew Stanton (“Finding Nemo,” “WALL•E”) and produced by Lindsey Collins (co-producer “WALL•E”), the film features the voices of Ellen DeGeneres, Albert Brooks, Ed O’Neill, Kaitlin Olson, Ty Burrell, Eugene Levy and Diane Keaton. “Finding Dory” swims into theaters June 17, 2016.“-Disney
