I’ll never forget the first time I tried 5 hour ENERGY… my friend and I were out all night black friday shopping. =) We were definitely in need of some extra energy! I tried adding 5-hour ENERGY to one of my smoothies. I was nervous about how it would taste… if I didn’t like it, I’d still have to drink it with all the expensive smoothie ingredients in it. =) To my surprise it was delish! AND, even better, I was SO productive that day with all my extra energy. Adding in some 5-hour energy was so easy to do! Here’s my recipe:

Joanna’s 5-hour ENERGY Smoothie

4 ice cubes
1/2 of a banana
handful of Raspberries
1 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup yogurt
handful of spinach
1 container 5-hour energy- “Berry” Flavor
