My family loves Sonic and we also love to invent new Menu items! Sonic contacted me to see if I could participate in a Secret Menu Item Challenge. My goal was to pick out the waffle cone and come up with my own creative twist. We love Sonic’s Ice cream so I knew that I wanted to use the Vanilla Ice Cream. I also LOVE their fries and Jumbo Popcorn Chicken. What I didn’t know would be my new favorite (and my girls too) is putting them all together!
I call my new creation Chicken n’ Waffles a’la mode. Basically I ordered a Vanilla Waffle Cone, Fries and Popcorn Chicken. I started off dipping just the fries in the Ice Cream which is seriously delicious! As I got a little ways down I added the chicken taking bites of ice cream, chicken, fries and cone. I am telling you that this will not disappoint! Their new Waffle Cones are to die for yummy.
