I was invited on an all expenses paid trip to cover #DisneysNutcrackerEvent. All opinions are my own.
After being invited to the Nutcracker red carpet premiere, Disney’s most incredible PR rep Marshall told us to think outside the box for our premiere attire. Hearing this got me super inspired and I immediately started searching Amazon for my outfit, like literally right that second. After ordering and returning a few items, I ended up with a modern Nutcracker ballerina look. I love how incorporating black gives it a rock twist.
Thanks to the lovely ladies at the premiere party for transforming my look with this edgy sugar plum fairy hairstyle.
Now that my look was complete, it was time to get on that red carpet and strut my ballerina stuff once again!
I can honestly say that this is the most confident that I have ever been at a red carpet (and I’ve been to 6) and it totally showed in my photo! Confidence is the key.
It was really fun to see the stars of the movie in their gorgeous dresses.
After walking the carpet, I entered the premiere party. It was magical! There were lollipop towers and the most delicious food. I’m pretty sure I ate a million of the pumpkin tortellini and the gingerbread whoopie pies had me salivating.
I had to snag a pic with one of my favorite friends Shelby from OC Mom Blog. Be sure to check out her fabulous blog. Love you girl.
As I said before, I got my awesome up do at the party as they had hair styling stations where you could glam into a Nutcracker princess. They also had nail painting stations where you could get your nails painted in OPI colors inspired by The Nutcracker and the Four Realms movie.
The costumes from the film were on display and are absolutely breathtaking in person.
While at the party, I ran into Raven Symone and had the chance to tell her what a fan I am of her.
After the party, we got to watch the movie at the El Capitan Theater. Stay tuned for my Nutcracker movie review post going live tomorrow to hear all of my thoughts about this magical movie.
Be sure to grab these printable NUTCRACKER coloring and activity sheets.
THE NUTCRACKER AND THE FOUR REALMS opens in theaters tomorrow 11/2!
