I grew up watching the Muppet movies and I have loved them all. So when Leah started loving the movies I couldn’t wait till we could watch one in the theater together. Leah was super excited when I told her we were going as a family to see the new Muppets Most Wanted Movie, since I got tickets to a pre-screening to review it.
Leah has been so excited for this movie and it did not disappoint! I decided this time around to bring the whole family since the movie is PG and sure to entertain. I will say Charlotte being 2 yrs 4 months did pretty well, my husband and I only took her out twice. Charlotte really loved the singing and dancing, she didn’t understand much but she is only 2! What I love about the Muppets is how classically entertaining they are, they never get old! I also love how almost every film including Muppets Most Wanted includes tons of Cameos from Huge actors and actresses.
The Muppets Most Wanted Movie is filled with big named actors like Ricky Gervais who plays Dominic Badguy. ” Dominic Badguy (pronounced “Badgee,” it’s French!) is a handsome opportunist who books theMuppets on a grand global tour. What they don’t realize is that he’s really Constantine’s dastardly sidekick aka Number Two.” (Muppets Most Wanted website) Then you have the Muppets of course from Kermit to Miss Piggy, Gonzo, Fozzy Bear and more!
The Muppets Most Wanted Movie starts with the Muppets going on a grand global tour. Constantine who is a dead ringer for Kermit the Frog (except for the mole), escapes from prison and switches places with Kermit by framing him! Constantine makes everyone believe that he is Kermit, even Miss Piggy! Kermit ends of going to a Russian prison wear he meets Nadya (played by Tina Fey) a feisty prison guard. He tries to explain that he is not Constantine, but not sure if they believe him or not! Kermit ends up helping Nadya and the other prisoners put on a fun show, which was Leah’s favorite part! Some of the prisoners end up dressing like ballerinas for the show and Leah thought it was hilarious!
Constantine really works with Dominic to get everything he wants and he even proposes to Miss Piggy. So do Kermit and Miss Piggy get married? Or maybe it’s Constantine?! Leah’s other favorite part was when Constantine, being that baddie that he is says ” It isn’t easy beiiing mean” she quotes it all the time and loved it!

Muppets Most Wanted movie is a really fun one for the whole family to enjoy. We loved it!
