I try to use environmental friendly products whenever I can so when I was asked to review the Live Clean Baby Products line I was more than happy to accept. With all of my younger children loving to take baths we go through a lot of bath soap and if we can lessen our effect on the environment during those times I will accept that challenge! Live Clean is a Canadian brand of eco-friendly personal care products that have decided to start making products for babies as well. We received two boxes of their Moisturizing Bar Soap with Shea Butter, each with three bars inside, one box being fragrance free. We also received a jar of their fast absorbing, non-greasy, non-petroleum jelly and their Live Clean Foaming Wash.
The Foaming Wash was my favorite item of the Live Clean Baby Products that we received. As they say about the foaming wash, its “Simple to use and mom approved!”. I could not agree more! I loved trying the foaming wash out! It is enriched with certified organic botanicals of Chamomile, Lavender, and Aloe. It is made with 98% plant materials and is free of petroleum, Paraben, phthalate, and phosphate. Having pump action allows you to have one hand free for when you are giving your infants a bath and also made it easy for my toddler to use herself during bath time. She loves to help me wash her so while I was washing her hair she could pump some into her hand and wash her belly! She was very proud to be able to do it without my help!
We had one happy baby in the bath! She really enjoyed even the bar soap. I am not a fan of bar soap normally because it always seems to leave skin dry feeling but not this soap. This soap left her skin feeling silky smooth. I used it both on my toddler and my 9 month old. It was sensitive enough to leave my babies skin soft and feeling fresh! I think the Shea butter and the lack of chemicals used to make this bar soap really makes a difference. I highly recommend moms to try it out.
