I have to admit I hadn’t tried Kefir before Lifeway Kefir sent me some awesome VIP coupons to try it out. I like yogurt, but was a little skeptical of if I would like the Kefir. I chose the ProBugs for my little buddies, and treated myself to some Frozen Kefir – Tart and Tangy Pomegranate. Ohhhhh yum! It tasted like a mix between frozen  yogurt and sorbet… absolutely delish. I’m only somewhat ashamed to admit that I ate the whole thing in one sitting… but at 90 calories a serving, it certainly doesn’t make me feel too bad.
