I was super excited to be able to review Kendall GelThotic inserts. The two things I was worried about was that they would be comfortable, and if they would get gross after many uses. The inserts are super comfortable, and really “completes the rest of the foot”. And even after many long{ish} runs, the inserts don’t have any funky odors and look and feel brand new! And the best news is that I have experienced less pain since using them. I love that you put them inside the removeable sole of the shoe, because they’re not always coming out when you’re putting your shoes on and off like other inserts. I would recommend Kendall Gelthotics to anyone!
