When I am cooking, particularly frying, I have a hard time getting the oil to the perfect temperature. Either it’s not hot enough, or it’s too hot and burns the food. So I couldn’t wait to try out my new Kalorik Deep Fryer.
The first thing I noticed when I opened it was how nice and big it is. It holds 4 quarts of oil and the big basket has plenty of room for me to make enough food for my whole family in usually just one basket full.
You can set it to any temperature you want and it even has a quick reference guide right on it telling you what temp. you will want for chicken, fish, fries, and seafood.
I made my sweet and sour chicken the other night and used this deep fryer to fry up the breaded chicken. I couldn’t believe how much easier this was to use than just a pan with oil in it. It heats up to the temperature pretty 
quickly and stays consistent. My chicken fried quickly to a beautiful golden brown and looked and tasted better than it ever has! My whole family loved it!
It is nice that the lid has a window to view the food your frying. And I really like the basket. I have never had a fryer before and I can’t believe how easy it is to just lift the basket out and the food is ready and strained, it’s so nice!
Another great feature is how easy it is to clean. The warmer comes of and the tub is removable for super easy washing.
