I’ve always liked to consider myself rather knowledgeable in the fitness department. I’m always in need of some extra help, though. I know WHAT I need to do to be healthy and fit, but I’ve always struggled with the HOW part. Any extra tips and tools are greatly welcomed, which is why I’m so glad I got the opportunity to review Fit Approach! First of all, I love that it’s a group of women- there is so much great content, because each of them have separate skills and expertise.
