I am so excited to have a new little bundle of joy join my wonderful family. Having a baby is such an exciting time! While I am waiting on my little miracle to arrive I have been preparing the nest with all of the baby essentials. This time around, I’m on baby number 4 so I feel like I have a good sense of what is needed for a new baby and what isn’t needed at all. So I’m gathering up the best of the best for baby #4 and one of THE most essential items you will need for a new baby, a diaper bag.
I learned with baby #3 that a backpack diaper bag is the only way to go. I was recently introduced to the Parker Baby Birch Bag Diaper Backpack and immediately loved the look. It’s super cute and then it arrived and I fell in love! It has everything I need in a diaper bag and a bit more. I am loving that it has 2 insulated bottle holders on each side so you can keep baby’s bottle cold or warm.
On the inside it has another 2 bottle holders. This a dream for a mom. Especially since I have multiple children. Not only do I have to bring baby bottles out but I need the space to hold water bottles and sippy cups for the other kids.
There is a changing pad on the very back in it’s own pocket. I love that it is separated from the rest of the bag. A far better and much more hygienic a place to store it. Thank you Parker Baby for that.
It has tons of pockets. Truly. Pockets everywhere. Even a little tiny pocket that is perfect for holding baby’s pacifier. Another feature I am a big fan of are the stroller hooks on the back that are always there and ready to clip onto the stroller. I love love love that.
I like that the straps are comfortable on my shoulders. A must have when carrying a diaper bag on an outing when it is full and heavy.
I love everything about this diaper bag and know it will make any new mom happy as it has done for me!
Another essential that I highly recommend is a diaper caddy. Having a diaper caddy is super helpful to have all of babies essentials and diaper change items in one conveniently moveable place. I used a diaper caddy with all 3 babies so I know I will want one of these for baby.
Luckily for me, Parker Baby also has a fabulous diaper caddy for baby so I was able to add that onto my order and get 2 essentials at once.
It comes nicely folded with a bow, compact and cute for a baby shower gift mom to be will adore. It holds quite a bit and definitely meets all my criteria for a good diaper caddy. It’s exactly the right size, not too big to get in the way, but not too small. It is the perfect diaper caddy for me!
I love both of these new products from Parker Baby and highly recommend them both. They will make excellent Christmas gifts for any new or expectant parent.
