I have been getting the Nutrisystem Select Fresh Frozen foods. I love these foods! They are really good and help me feel satisfied and stay on the diet. I am loving the Creamy Fudge Bar. It’s delicious and seems to last forever! At least I make it last as I savor every last lick 🙂 I am also loving the Turkey 
Pepperoni Pizza. We are big pizza lover’s at our house and this satisfies my pizza cravings. Can you believe I can eat fudge bars and pizza and lose weight? I still can’t believe it, but it’s true!
So I have been on Nutrisystem for about a month now. I love this healthy meal subscription kit and how easy it makes my meal planning. Also, I can see my body changing and I am felling so good about it!
I had a minor set back last week when I hurt my back. I didn’t stick to the diet as I should. I was in so much pain I just didn’t have the strength or self control to stay on the diet. I know I know, that is totally bad of me. But I am back on it and going strong! (And my back is feeling much better). When you are on any diet you will have set backs or things that go wrong. You cheat or life gets stressfull. The key is getting back on track and moving forward. Don’t dwell on these mistakes or set backs, just learn from them and move forward with a positive attitude.
I love that Nutrisystem has counselors that you can call and talk to while you are on the diet. They can be so helpful and motivating.
So I have lost 8 lbs. so far! My jeans that were really tight are fitting me better. I can see a difference in my body and I am so excited to slim down. I have been carrying around this extra weight since Bug was born. 3 years! And I am tired of it, and so excited to be getting rid of it.
