I love Hashbrown Potatoes, they are so yummy! But I have to admit I was a little skeptical about Hashbrown Potatoes that weren’t frozen. Hungry Jack Hashbrown Potatoes come in an instant form where there is no need for freezing or refrigeration. I had to try them out to see if they were good. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they were to make. You just add hot water to the fill line inside the container, then you close the carton and let it sit for 12 minutes. Then you drain out the water and cook them in your skillet for about 4 minutes. The package says they cook in under 5 minutes, keep in mind that is just referencing the cooking time and that doesn’t count the prep time. All together it takes about 17 minutes. We really liked the hashbrowns and I love the convenience of this little pack. It is a 4.2 oz. package and it makes 1 lb. of Hashbrowns! This is perfect for traveling and camping because it’s small and doesn’t need to be kept cold. We will definitely be including these in our up coming camping trip 🙂
