I can hardly believe that 2014 is here! It seems like each year flies by faster and faster. With the new year here now I have been thinking about resolutions for my family to live well in 2014. One of those resolutions is to try to use products with less chemicals. It is very important to keep my family safe and healthy.
So I have joined the Finish Alliance of Moms to take the #CleanItForward challenge to try out the new Finish Power & Free products.
What is special about the Power & Free products?

I was excited to try out these new products and see if they could truly clean my dishes well. These are the two products I have been trying out for about a month and my thoughts on each:
Finish Quantum Power & Free:

First off, I love that I can just grab the capsule and set it in my dishwasher. No opening, no measuring=happy mom! I am very impressed by how sparkling clean my dishes have been coming out since I’ve been using these (along with the Jet Dry Power & Free, see below). My glasses are crystal clear and spotless! I love it. I thought since they have less harsh chemicals that I might see a slight difference from other detergents. I was wrong. These work great and have less chemicals, sounds like a win win to me!
Finish Jet-Dry Power & Free:

I have always been a fan of Finish Jet Dry and can see a significant difference in my glassware when I am not using it. So I was thrilled that they also made this in a Power & Free version. It has been working just as well as the regular Jet Dry and I know that I am not using so many harsh chemicals on the dishes my family eats with. It’s great!
