I’m getting older….unfortunately, it is inevitable for all of us. In my twenties, I never worried about taking supplements to keep myself healthy and looking young but now I am thirty (31 to be exact) and it’s time to create some new habits! Let me first say that the Beauty Bursts are DELICIOUS!! I chose the Fruit Punch flavor and was surprised that they taste just like candy. Now that is one supplement I can enjoy (and I DO enjoy it twice a day) ;). The Keratin Hair Volumizer is in pill form, and I take it each day with breakfast and again at dinner.
