Getting kids to east vegetables can be a challenge. Up until now I have to usually hide them or force feed them. Either way it is a lot of extra work for me. That was until…Just the other day I downloaded the Clare Crespo Cookbook (link to download below) and it is filled with really awesome recipes for fun and yummy ways to serve vegetables to your family.
Last night for dinner I made the Molecular Model Brussels Sprouts. It turns regular Brussels Sprouts into delicious fun little Molecular Models. They were a huge hit with the family. In fact Bug actually ate his Brussels Sprouts without putting up a fight. Amazing! Partly because they looked so fun! And because they tasted so delicious! The recipe uses Country Crock Spread and I was amazed at how good it tastes. It really gave the Brussels Sprouts a delicious flavor and my little Bug gobbled them up. My husband also loved the flavor the Country Crock gave them.
I will be using Country Crock Spread on our veggies from now on. Bug doesn’t even put up a fight to eat them when I do. I don’t have to hide vegetables anymore, yay! That is such a relief as a mom. “Kids love veggies with Country Crock, in fact 8 out of 10 kids think veggies with Country Crock are delicious”. I can’t wait to try the other recipes from the cookbook.
