What is it?

Does it work?
Yes, the product does do what it says on the packet; I found that this tinted cream was best applied using my Real Techniques stippling brush and I believe that less is definitely more, as too much leaves a slight orange tone. The Garnier BB cream has a smooth, lightweight consistency which is easy to apply and blend making skin feel fresh and smooth. Before I apply my bronzer and blusher, I like to take a play on the slots at dreamjackpot for a few minutes to allow the product to soak in. Once the product has settled, I apply the rest of my makeup which applies smoothly over this BB cream. The best thing about this product for me is that it feels so lightweight like you’re not wearing any makeup, but gives a flawless, naturally tanned look which is perfect for summer. Although it’s recommended to top up the BB cream every couple of hours to ensure maximum protection from the sun, I found that the wear time was about 6-8 hours before it starts to fade. I think it’s vital to top it up often if you’re out in the sun though!
Final thoughts.
I don’t think I’d wear this on an everyday basis as I like wearing a medium coverage foundation, however, I think this would be great to use if I go on holiday or go to the beach and want my face to feel light and fresh whilst having a high enough Sun Protection Factor to protect my skin. I think this BB cream would also be nice to wear on ‘no makeup days’ as there are many added benefits within the product with the enrichment of vitamin E and SPF 30. Garnier BB sun protection cream is usually on offer in various drug stores so it’s definitely worth trying if you don’t really like foundation and want an alternative that leaves your skin feeling fresh, light and flawless or if your going on holiday and want a subtle tan and protection from the sun (Garnier BB sun protection cream is also available with SPF 50).
