“Have you ever seen a baby sitting in a highchair surrounded by an ocean of discarded food, or witnessed a parent repeatedly picking toys and silverware up from the floor? Perhaps that’s been your child, or perhaps you’ve been that parent.”
I probably don’t have to tell you that mealtime with a toddler can get very MESSY! My son is no different. He often spills or deliberately dumps his food onto the floor. It’s one thing when we are at home and he makes a mess, but when we are at a restaurant, I want to keep the area (mainly the floor) as clean as I possibly can so no one has to clean up his mess. I also want to keep him from touching & chewing on all the germy surfaces that a restaurant usually has! The Neatnik Saucer is the perfect solution.
“For the baby who is just learning to sit in a high chair at restaurants, the Neatnik Saucer provides a clean surface for toys and prevents them from landing on the floor and getting dirty. It also prevents babies from teething on the table or other unsanitary surfaces. For the older, more seasoned (dare we say sophisticated?) baby gourmet, it prevents the so-called ‘garden of food’ phenomenon – also known as the wasted mess of played-with or chewed food that often ends up surrounding a high chair. The end result is not a less-messy dining experience, but a more relaxing dining experience.”
I received a Neatnik Saucer in the MIAMI pattern. With it’s grey and white colors, it is perfect for a girl or boy. The Neatnik Saucer fits standard highchairs and collapses into a little 12" x 12” carrying bag. It is simple to use too. All I have to do is open it up, place the seat area into the highchair, and then put my baby into the highchair as I normally would. The saucer is basically a baby placemat that creates a bigger surface area for my sons food & toys and it surrounds him so there is less of a chance that he will drop something on the floor! There is a raised edge so that incase my son spills his drink (and chances are he will), it won’t drip onto the floor!! The Neatnik Saucer also makes a great high chair cover. The saucer is easy to clean and when we are all finished, I simply fold it up and put it back into it’s coordinating pouch. Now that we have this toy & food catcher, I feel like we can take our son out to eat with us more often.

We also received a Bib in blue. It is called a Neatnik slide because you can actually attach it directly to your Neatnik saucer so that any dribbly messes glide onto the saucer and not your baby’s lap! It also reverses to form a pocket bib. It’s extra wide so it keeps my sons clothes cleaner than any of the other bibs that we have use. I love it because I can easily wipe it clean. That way I don’t have to wait until wash day to use it again! With it’s snap closure, it is easy to put on my son when he is in a hurry to eat .
“Now, thanks to Neatnik Saucer, you can recapture the joy of eating out…and you can do it with your child! No more dirty tables and highchairs, toys on the floor or frustrated looks from fellow diners and restaurant staff.”
It’s so nice to worry about one less thing when we go out to dinner with all the kids! I will be carrying the Neatnik with me to every restaurant we visit.
