As a mom I am always on the lookout for videos for kids that are not only age appropriate but educational as well. I was thrilled when I was introduced to Kidobi. I recently signed up for an account and I along with my 4 year old have really been enjoying it.
What I love about Kidobi is that it plays children’s videos based on your child’s age and any criteria you set. For example you can choose which topics you want to focus on for your child (math, social, science, etc…) You can set filters for what they will be shown. So as the parent you are in complete control of your child’s viewing experience.
With so many shows on T.V. these days and all the advertising it can be hard to keep tabs on what your child sees without sitting next to them constantly. That’s what I love about Kidobi. I set what I want for Bug to see then I can simply turn it on for him and know he is only seeing what I have approved in his customizable playlist. I love that he can watch educational programing in an ad free environment.
Bug loves the shows on Kidobi and they keep his attention very well. He even requests to watch Kidobi instead of T.V. It’s great!
Another great feature is that I get email updates telling me what he has been watching and learning. As a mom preschool education is so important and I love that I can use Kidobi to not only entertain my child but what he sees is educational and beneficial. Kids are going to watch videos, with Kidobi you can make their screen time count. I highly recommend Kidobi to all parents of preschoolers.
