My boys and I had so much fun with the absolutely awesome products Educational Insights sent us!! There is nothing better than great toys that bring education into play. Win/win.
We had a blast playing the Raccoon Rumpus game. I love that its one of those “grow with me” games. For our first time playing we played the easier way- just roll the dice, and pick out an outfit based on the color and type of clothing you rolled. Maybe next time we’ll play the second way- just like memory. Turn all the cards over, then once you roll, flip cards over and try to remember where the red skirt or blue top is! So fun. Afterwords my boys just played with the raccoons and outfits and had just as much fun. It sparked great conversation about all the professions of raccoons too- firefighter, dancer, doctor, veterinarian… awesome.
They love their new binoculars too. They took them right out to the backyard to explore! They are so great for kids- fun colors, and kid proof with all the inevitable dropping. They were pretending to go out on a hunting trip, looking for animals. Great imaginary play!
