I am a lover of hummus! Are you? I feel like a lot of people are either in or out. I love all kinds, and was so excited to be able to try a few of the awesome flavors Eat Well Embrace Life has to offer! I love that they offer a lot of “other bean” hummus‘, so if you’re not a huge chick pea person there’s still a hummus for you! My favorite flavor was the Sweet & Spicy Black Bean Hummus. It was to die for! I LOVED the spicy kick. One of the things I love about hummus is how versatile it is. It goes with EVERYTHING! I have been using it in wraps, sandwiches, dips for crackers and veggies, salads, with chicken… seriously everything. My sons favorite flavor was the Edamame. I packed it often in his school lunches in wraps or dip for veggies. I love knowing he was eating something he enjoyed as well as getting some great nutrition.
