I attended an advanced screening of this film. All opinions are my own.

“Disney•Pixar’s “Finding Dory” reunites everyone’s favorite forgetful blue tang, Dory, with her friends Nemo and Marlin on a search for answers about her past. What can she remember? Who are her parents? And where did she learn to speak Whale? Directed by Andrew Stanton (“Finding Nemo,” “WALL•E”) and produced by Lindsey Collins (co-producer “WALL•E”), the film features the voices of Ellen DeGeneres, Albert Brooks, Ed O’Neill, Kaitlin Olson, Ty Burrell, Eugene Levy and Diane Keaton.  “Finding Dory” swims into theaters June 17, 2016.“- ©Disney•Pixar

I have been so excited to see FINDING DORY. I love Finding Nemo and I have been so excited to learn more about Dory and her past.  I loved FINDING DORY.

I thought that this movie had a really fun storyline. I laughed a lot. It was fun to go on the adventure with Dory to find out where she came from. This movie shows a lot of flashbacks into Dory’s past. We get to see what Dory looked like as a little fish. She was so adorable. It made me love Dory even more.

I think that a big reason why FINDING DORY is such a success is because of Ellen DeGeneres’ vocal performance. She gives the perfect mix of humor and heart into Dory.

I loved the addition of several new characters in this movie. My favorite new character was Hank, the octopus. He was voiced perfectly by Ed O’Neill. I thought that the animators did an amazing job with this character. Hank is such a cool character to watch.

The animation in this movie is top notch. You should not expect anything less from Pixar though. I had the chance to see the movie in IMAX 3D. The movie looked great in this format. The 3D added a lot of dimension to the film.

Make sure you get to the movie in time to see the new Pixar short on the front of the film. The new short is called Piper. It is about a baby sandpiper. I LOVED this short and was smiling the whole time. It is so cute. Also, make sure to stay all the way through the FINDING DORY credits. There is a scene at the end and you will not want to miss it!

FINDING DORY is the perfect movie to see together as a family. The adults will love it just as much as the little ones.

FINDING DORY – When Dory finds herself in the Marine Life Institute, a rehabilitation center and aquarium, Hank—a cantankerous octopus—is the first to greet her. Featuring Ed O'Neill as the voice of Hank and Ellen DeGeneres as the voice of Dory,

I loved FINDING DORY and will definitely be seeing it again. It will definitely be added to my Disney•Pixar collection when it is available on Bluray and Digital in the future.
