In the Season 2 finale we finally find out who the mysterious character is that plagued the Little Liars since Season 1. I started suspecting Mona early on. She always seemed to be shady to me in the way she acted. So I wasn’t all that surprised to find out it was her. She seemed to sabotage things and then make excuses as if she was actually trying to help.
