I am a big fan of Del Monte Fruit products so I was very pleased and excited when asked to review the new Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers. I have always loved to purchase Del Monte fruit cups or the canned fruit products that they offer for my family to enjoy as a quick snack. Its not always easy to give those when we are out and about running errands and I especially can not give them to my youngest as a snack. These new Fruit Burst Squeezers were the perfect new product for my family to try as a solution.
I was sent this neat box that contained 5 different flavors of the new Fruit Burst Squeezers and signs that went with each one for the kids to hold. Those signs do not last long when you have a 2 year old running around the house wreaking havoc! She was sure to hold the sign for the first flavor that she tried and that was the end!
My family of little minions are very picky eaters and they enjoyed all the flavors that were offered. The first flavor that my daughter devoured was Strawberry. She was sucking on the pouch for a half hour at least after it was finished trying to get more out. It was really cute. My youngest is a 10 month old baby boy. He loves to eat applesauce so the Apple Cinnamon was the perfect flavor for that little guy! He grabbed it and did not let go until we had to pry it out of his little fingers!
As a mom I loved the no clean up aspect of this and the quickness. Its nutritious for them and they love it! My preschooler loves to have a snack when he gets off the bus. Thats the first thing that he looks for. The portability of this product was perfect for this situation. He grabbed the Blueberry flavor Del Monte Fruit And Veggie Burst Squeezer and it was an instant success with him! The Blueberry flavor was actually a Fruit & Vegetable Squeezer and he had no idea that he was actually eating vegetables with the blueberries! It was an easy way to sneak some veggies into his after school snacks!
