I was recently invited by Corner Bakery to try out their Panini Sandwiches for my review. I have been to Corner Bakery several times and each time is better than the next! I had never tried their Panini Sandwiches before and I was so pleased!
I went to the Corner Bakery at Fashion Place Mall and was able to meet with the manager Robb Lapp. Robb was incredibly knowledgeable about all things Corner Bakery and he was such a joy to work with!
Corner Bakery has a really great menu starting with Breakfast and then of course their yummy sandwiches, pasta, soup, salads,desserts and more. My family decided to try out the Panini Sandwiches and they were incredible!
My husband decided to try the Chicken Pomodori on Sourdough, which is one of their most popular and yummiest sandwiches! “All-natural roasted chicken, fresh basil and spinach, oven-roasted tomatoes and provolone cheese with pesto mayo.” (Corner Bakery) My husband said that he liked that it was a true Panini. It wasn’t toasted so much it was hard but it had a really great balance and really good flavor.
I decided to go with the Club Panini Sandwich on Sourdough. What I loved about this sandwich is that the bread was grilled and had the perfect amount of ingredients on the inside. “Hickory smoked turkey breast, applewood smoked bacon, white cheddar cheese and plum tomatoes with a touch of mayo.” (Corner Bakery Website)
Corner Bakery also offers a vegetarian Panini called the California Grille on Harvest Bread: “A vegetarian mixture of grilled zucchini, marinated artichoke hearts, roasted tomatoes and pesto with fresh spinach and provolone cheese.” (Corner Bakery Website)
My girls loved their kids meals they chose. Leah really wanted the grilled cheese sandwich with strawberries and carrots and Charlotte went with the traditional Ham sandwich, Chips and their yummy (to die for good) Monster Cookie which has chocolate chips and m&m’s!
What I love about Corner Bakery is that they really have something for everyone and it is super kid friendly. In fact their kid’s menu includes kids favorites like PB& J and Mac & Cheese! Their desserts are also too die for! Robb had read my profile on this blog and new that I really liked Sweet & Salty things so he brought me out a Salted Carmel Cupcake to try and I think I about died and went to heaven. This was the best cupcake that I have ever eaten! Corner Bakery also has great desserts which are perfect for gifts!
