I really enjoy cooking for my family and I have been doing a lot more cooking due to the covid quarantine. So I was excited to get a bunch of new ceramic knives from KYOCERA to review.
They sent me their 7” Santoku Chef’s Knife, 3” Paring Knife, and the 4 piece ceramic steak knife set. I am super happy with all of these knives. Right away I love how sharp they are. They Chef’s knife cuts through veggies easily like they are melted butter as I prep a nice dinner for my family.
The steak knives are perfect for when we have meat for dinner and I really love the sleek dark color of the steak knives. They look really nice sitting out on my table for dinner. They cut extremely well. If you are looking for a larger knife you can try japanese cleavers which are particularly great for cutting the heads off of fish.
I am very pleased with all of these knives and definitely recommend KYOCERA for your knife needs.
