It’s easy to stay hydrated during any activity- there is a button in the back of the lid, which is easy to push with one hand, and then drink. Simple. Anything with a cap you have to twist off does NOT work for running. So I’ve been using straw bottles, and those are ok, but they’re hard to clean and don’t always feel real sanitary. I love that it is a No Spill water bottle, so I can throw it in my bag and not worry about my stuff getting wet. The cap twists off, and you can throw ice cubes in. Perfect! This is my new favorite workout accessory!
