This new site got me thinking about how much fun Bug and I have cooking together. We make great memories while cooking in the kitchen and I found that the more simple the recipe the easier it is for kids to help cook it. That is why I want to share with you my yummy recipe for Crepes. It has a limited number of ingredients and they are simple enough for kids to help make. They are also very delicious!

Fast & Easy Crepes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Flour
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Oil
Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until completely mixed. Pour crepe mix into a small skillet or pan just enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook on medium heat until lightly brown on both sides.
Ideas: We love to add fresh fruit, cream cheese, peanut butter, syrup, whip cream, etc… inside our crepes then we roll them up and enjoy. You can even make lunch crepes by adding meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes etc…They are even delicious with a little butter and powdered sugar 🙂
