We have been going to Carino’s Italian to eat as a family for a while now. I am a huge Italian food fan. The food is delicious and the service is great. My hubby’s favorite menu item is the Carino’s Favorites combo. It has Lasagna, chicken parmigiana and spaghetti with marinara. My favorite menu item is the Classic Pizza Margherita. But we have tried several other items on the menu as well and all were delicious. Our favorite appetizers are the Hand Breaded Calamari and the Baked Stuffed Mushrooms. Yummmm…all this talk about Carino’s makes me want to go eat there tonight 🙂
I was so excited to see that Carino’s has a new healthy kid’s menu for kids. I am always trying to feed Bug only the best and healthiest of foods. This is hard to do when eating out. So Carino’s new healthy kids menu is a huge plus for us. All the kid’s items are under 500 calories and created by the Executive Chef, Chris Peitersen. Bug loves the Kid’s Cheese Tortellini & also the Kid’s Spaghetti with tomato sauce. Both come in at around 250 calories. That is great! Especially when you compare it to other restaurant’s kid’s menus nutritional facts. I love knowing Carino’s has better options for kids.
