I received a Blu-ray copy of this movie for my review. All opinions are my own.

With a big super hero fan at my house (my 6 year old son) it is a MUST that we own all the awesome and fun super hero movies right when they come out. My son actually counts down the days 🙂 So we were all looking forward to the release of Captain America The Winter Soldier on Blu-ray combo pack. My son and my husband were able to see this movie in the theater and both enjoyed it. But I was seeing it for the first time on Blu-ray. I was very impressed with this movie. It was so very well done. From start to finish I really enjoyed all the action and thought that Marvel did an amazing job with the scenes and stunts in this movie.
Because it is the sequel to the first Captain America Movie (I guess it would technically be the 3rd movie if you count the Avengers) you never know what to expect. But like Marvel usually does, they have surpassed all expectations and made a movie that is just as good if not better than the first movie. I highly recommend this movie for your family’s collection.
After we finished the movie we enjoyed the bonus features as well. As always the bloopers are a big hit but the “making of” featurettes are worth watching as well.
