Our carpet since moving in has progressively gotten worse. We bought a carpet cleaner and have shampooed our carpets a couple of time but it has not gotten the black out. Our walkway into our family room gets so much foot traffic with the girls, my husband, me, friends etc. that it basically has worn the carpet and turned it black. I know we needed a professional carpet cleaner to come in and really get down to the nitty gritty and get the stains out. As you can see from the pictures the improvement in our carpet is amazing!
I had heard about Crowther Carpet Cleaners through a friend of mine that has used them several times and decided to give them a call. I absolutely love the service that we received. I was able to get my family room and living room plus one hallway done and I couldn’t believe the results! Chad is the owner and started cleaning carpets in 1999 and that’s when he really fell in love with the whole idea of carpet. Chad was very knowledgeable and really knows his carpet cleaning and carpet in general! We actually had some rolls in our carpet that started showing up and according to Chad it was because whoever laid our carpet most likely did it in the winter and didn’t let it set or heat the room up enough. He also was able to come back and fix a couple of spots that we had where that was happening, I was really impressed!
Chad of Crowther Carpet Cleaning was really great to work with. I loved that he had pointers for me to keep my carpets clean and let me know when to actually get them cleaned! He uses some really great top of the line machines to really get the carpet clean. In fact when he came back to fix the rolls and bumps in our carpet he shampooed the one part that gets so black again because he wanted to give us something a little extra and make sure it really got clean!
